Please be advised that no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service(s) booked.
 

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be managed via email or by calling/texting our salon line. We’re always happy to work with you when given proper notice.
 

Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a 50% charge of the total service(s) booked.
 

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. Arrivals 30 minutes late or more may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, depending on your stylist’s availability.
